Room size Room maintenance Noise level (we were at the ground floor)

On internet they were showing rooms having balcony, however i actual they gave room on ground floor, which dint have balcony and were very congested. on request for change they forbade to do that but on legal threat they reluctantly changed the room to second floor, which was ok for value for money, but wasted one day in this unneccesssary running around...

The hotel is close to the Candolim / Calangute main street / beach but far away from the noise and traffic. This is a great advantage. The staff is pleasant and helpful. They attend to issues immediately e.g. missing light bulb in room. The swimming pool appeared clean. The property is excellent value for money

This is not a resort – it’s a misnomer in my view. It’s a hotel. A decent hotel – good value for money. The breakfast was a bit bleak but acceptable. There was a parking problem at times as most of the parking area was taken up by taxis.

Actually services were ok, but near to Candolim, Calangute Beach is the plus point. We can relax as well as enjoy on these beaches full day.

The manager always misguides & lies regarding pricing of Hotel rooms, buffets, taxi charges.

* proximity to the beach * Little away from the main road so no traffic noise

* the room rent is of a 5star hotel but the service and room is so poor it can't be even be compared to a one star! Simply not worth the money AT ALL!
